Reporting Maintenance

For general maintenance and repairs, please submit your request via email to your property manager, or use the PropertyMe App.
• Provide as much detail as possible (include photos or video if you can).
• Note the exact location of the issue (e.g. “kitchen sink tap” vs. “tap”).
• Confirm whether you’ve tried basic troubleshooting. For example:
– Have you checked the power is on / safety switch hasn’t tripped?
– Have you replaced a blown light globe?
– Have you replaced batteries in remotes, or appliances?
– Be clear about when the issue started and if it is ongoing or intermittent.
