Report a repair the easy way.
For general maintenance and repairs, submit your request by email to your property manager, or via the PropertyMe app. To help us resolve it quickly:
- Provide as much detail as possible — include photos or video if you can.
- Note the exact location of the issue (e.g. “kitchen sink tap” rather than just “tap”).
- Confirm whether you’ve tried basic troubleshooting:
- Is the power on / has the safety switch tripped?
- Have you replaced a blown light globe?
- Have you replaced batteries in remotes or appliances?
- Be clear about when the issue started and whether it’s ongoing or intermittent.
When it can’t wait.
