So we publish each building on its own. Every recorded sale since completion, median prices by configuration, rate per square metre, and what owners have actually achieved when they sell.

Rate per square metre is the fairest way to compare buildings, because it removes apartment size from the question. Median price is shown as well, and moves with whatever happened to trade.
The number of sales behind each figure sits beside the bar. A building trading only a handful of times in the period will move sharply from one to the next, so read the count alongside the number.
